Finally got to Home Depot to pick up some wire, so that I could wire Marcus.  I also glue sueded him.  Both helped make him a lot more stable, but he is still really tight and still wants to snap over at the waist.  The only thing that will help that is time and patience.  I also readjusted the eyes in the open head, but they still don't look right to me.  I'm not sure what the problem is; maybe it's just me, since they look like they should be positioned correctly.  However, they may be a bit too close to the nose, and he could be a bit cross-eyed.  Or maybe I should go up a size. Or maybe I should just not obsess over it.

Anyway, I commissioned a headpiece and necklace from Imperial Goth for him.  Since she had to delay its construction, she was nice enough to make a full harem set for him, including the belt and ankle pieces.  It turned out really nice, in greens and ambers with great leaf pieces.  I took a few pictures. I wanted some outside, but the sun wasn't in the right place, and they didn't turn out all that great.  If it clouds up tomorrow, I may try again.

Here's the first one, taken outside.

The rest are here.

A closer look at the headpiece and necklace.

This one was taken inside.  Light wasn't good, but I kind of like the way it looks.

Full length (you can barely see the anklets) taken in front of a print of a Middle Earth map I have.

And one final picture in front of the map.

ooh i love the beads she used! :D

hm his right eye looks like it's going inwards a little too much (unless you mean you readjusted them after the pics?)

No, I haven't readjusted them. I wanted to see what others thought. I think you're right--the right eye is inward more than the left. I'll re-readjust them before I take more pics.
